By accessing or using strattegys.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any services from Strattegys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase services.

Strattegys offers the following services:

• Builder — AI agent team consulting, coaching, and pair-building engagements.
• Spotlight — Sponsored content packages including article creation and multi-channel distribution.
• Articles — Published content on AI, business strategy, and growth.
• Newsletter — Email updates and content delivered to subscribers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Spotlight packages and Builder engagements require payment before or at the start of the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

• Spotlight (Single): Refundable in full if requested before article production begins. Once the article draft is delivered for review, no refund is available.
• Spotlight (Monthly/Quarterly): Cancel anytime with 14 days' notice before the next billing period. Already-produced content is non-refundable.
• Builder: Scoping calls are free. If an engagement is booked, cancellation terms will be agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

• All content on the Site — articles, design, code, images, and branding — is owned by Strattegys unless otherwise noted.
• Spotlight articles: Sponsors receive a perpetual license to share and reference their Spotlight article. The article remains published on strattegys.com. Strattegys retains ownership of the article and the right to distribute it.
• Builder deliverables: Code, architectures, and configurations built during Builder engagements belong to the client. Strattegys retains the right to reference engagement patterns (without proprietary details) in future teaching.

Portions of this website, its content, and its services are created with AI assistance. While we review all published content for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
